What families are saying
“I had 3 senior fur babies, one passing at 12 in 2021, one at 17 in 2022, and then my 17 year old a few weeks ago. Each time it felt like my world collapsed around me having to say goodbye. When I called to bring them in, they were always so accommodating, comforting, patient, and beyond wonderful. I was given as much time as I needed in a private room to say goodbye, and they went above and beyond to show compassion for how truly heart wrenching this was. After final decisions are made, it only took a few days and they were ready to bring home. Shannon even let me come a bit late to pick up my fur baby, and still took the time to show everything ensuring it was just perfect. I can't thank them enough for all they have done- truly such an exceptional team.”
