Returns and refunds
Please inspect all packages as soon as they arrive. Damaged merchandise must be reported to Companah within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will walk you through the return process. No restocking fees apply.
Items purchased from Companah can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Items that cannot be returned or refunded
- Any item that has been personalized.
- Jewelry that has been filled.
- Items that have been damaged or tampered with after delivery.
- Expedited shipping charges, unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
- Items not returned within 30 days of delivery.
